Once we are formally engaged by you we will conduct an on-site inspection, looking for key evidence to support your claim.
EQC Consultant Authorisation
You will speak with your Claims manager to give us authority to act on your behalf as your claims consultant.
Subfloor Investigation
We will then conduct a subfloor investigation (if the building has a timber subfloor. We use Cavity Critter..
Preliminary Builders Report
We will then produce a Preliminary Builders report which will provide both an analysis and a formal instruction for the next step in your claim.
Claim Management
